The Dirty Girl Mud Run is a fund raising event that partners with the Bright Pink non-profit organization which focuses on early detection and prevention of breast and ovarian cancer. Our first Dirty Girl Mud Run was in 2014 and it was a goal and challenge I set for myself to complete after my surgeries and treatments for breast cancer. So our girls rallied together and we completed the course and had a great time. So again in 2015, our group with some new members challenged ourselves again and it was a blast! This is just another avenue that we participate in in our support of cancer research and prevention so we can find a cure! Look forward to 2016!
