Agronomy
You cannot manage what you have not measured, and you cannot capture what you measured without putting it on the field right. Agronomy at Harvey's covers both ends: the soil sampling that tells you what each part of a field needs, and the custom application that puts exactly that where it belongs.
It starts in the soil
We pull samples in grids, zones, or random patterns depending on the field, and read them for nutrient levels, pH, and the other numbers that drive the decision. From there we build variable-rate prescriptions, so instead of one blanket rate across the whole field, each area gets what it actually needs.
Then it goes on the field
Our applicators run GPS-guided equipment applying dry and liquid fertilizer, lime, and the full line of crop protection products, so material lands where the prescription says and not on the acres that do not need it. That is where the money is: you stop paying to over-apply where the soil is already sufficient, and you stop shorting the acres that are hungry.
And it keeps working through the season
Harvey's runs a full set of precision ag tools for scouting, modeling, and mapping, so the data keeps earning past the first pass. Your Harvey's agronomist turns the numbers into a plan, builds it with you, and stays with it through harvest.
